This website introduces the services offered through GreenTax by Willem HJ van Tonder. GreenTax is an independent tax-practice marketing brand and is not SARS, a government service or an official SARS partner.

Information and professional advice

Website content, checklists, frequently asked questions and public news headlines provide general information. They do not assess your circumstances or constitute an individual tax opinion. Tax requirements and deadlines may change. Check the linked official source and obtain advice relevant to your position before acting.

Engagement and fees

Making an enquiry does not create a professional engagement or authorise work, submissions or access to your tax affairs. The parties must agree the services, responsibilities, authorisation, fees and other engagement terms separately. The website does not quote fixed fees or make a promise of free professional services.

Outcomes and timing

We cannot guarantee SARS processing times, a refund, a debt write-off, relief, a successful dispute or a particular compliance outcome. The records available, your circumstances and SARS decisions affect the result. Tell us about any urgent deadline when you enquire.

External sources and resources

SARS news items link to the official source and carry a publication date. The feed’s “last checked” date shows when the published snapshot was refreshed, not a promise that all SARS changes have been captured. If updates are old or unavailable, refer directly to SARS. Checklists are starting points and may not cover every record required for your matter.

Reasonable use and privacy

Do not misuse the website or send another person’s confidential information without proper authority. Do not send passwords, OTPs or sensitive tax details through the enquiry form. Read the privacy notice before making an enquiry.
